What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Supervise group performance to complete tasks safely within budget and on-schedule.
Provide interpretation of technical requirements to ensure logistics support meets business demands.
Represent group to internal and external customers regarding logistics functions.
Approve time entry and expense reports.
Establish group training requirements and ensure group qualifications to perform work.
Function as a specialist by developing and applying advanced concepts to specific problems.
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Expert knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes, including inventory management, warehousing, packaging, handling and transportation.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
Total Rewards Package
Salary : $75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
