[job_card.job_description]Clear and reset tables within one minute, following restaurant specifications Remove dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and debris promptly Crumb, wipe, and maintain table cleanliness throughout service Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs Communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate team members Assist with wrapping leftovers and ensure proper packaging Maintain service areas with adequate stock of service supplies Transport dirty dishes to dish areas and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables Complete assigned side work and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed according to standards Ability to learn table and position numbers within one week of hire Strong teamwork and communication skills to support the service team effectively Positive attitude and willingness to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching Ability to move safely through all areas of the restaurant, including crowded or confined spaces Adhere to company policies, including uniform and appearance standards Maintain professionalism and act as a role model for FOH staff Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations This position is part of a Service Charge pay model and is compensated primarily through commission-based earnings from service charges on guest checks that are shared among certain front-of-the-house team members. This position may also receive tips from customers. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
The Support Staff role combines the responsibilities of a Busser and Food Runner, ensuring seamless service for all guests. This position supports the service team by delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with guest requests. Success in this role requires teamwork, organization, and a positive attitude to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
