As an integral part of the sales and use tax team the major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to : sales tax compliance, sales / use tax exemption validations, exemption trainings, projects related to exemptions and exemption system / process improvements. It will be important to ensure Siemens Operating Companies are compliant with exemption documentation requirements while achieving assigned objectives and targets.

In this role you will work remotely from a home office.

Reporting to the Indirect Tax Manager of Global Business Services the mission of the department is to provide comprehensive support to all represented Siemens Operating Companies for transactional taxes including Sales and Use taxes, Property taxes, Business Licenses; 1042 compliance, and annual reports. This position is an individual contributor demonstrating leadership skills, a comprehensive knowledge and principles of sales and use taxes. This position will interface with both internal and external contacts. External contacts will include taxing authorities, vendors, and partners.

The pay range for this position is $53,760 - $92,160 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
