We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Commercial Driver to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead a group of dedicated drivers to safely and efficiently collect solid waste and recyclables throughout Fresno and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Crew : Guide and support drivers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient route completion.

Stay Safe : Enforce DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.

Train & Mentor : Onboard new drivers and cross-train current team members on alternate routes.

Deliver Great Service : Interact professionally with customers and handle concerns with care.

Support Operations : Assist Route Supervisors with daily planning, routing, and coordination.

Collaborate : Communicate closely with dispatch and other team members to keep routes running smoothly.

Get Involved : Lend a hand with community events, cleanups, and other company projects.

What You’ll Bring

Education : High school diploma or GED.

Experience : 4+ years of experience operating a Class A or B vehicle.

License : Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement.

Skills :

Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

Solid knowledge of DOT rules and regulations

Great communication and customer service skills

Ability to read maps and use navigation tools

Physical Requirements

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to lift, bend, grip, and move quickly throughout the day

Occasionally lift heavy materials up to waist height

Pay & Perks

Hourly Pay : $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
