• Week 1 : Hospital Inpatient Service Only with NP Support
• High Volume : NP writes all notes (Except ICU Notes)
• Week 2 : Outpatient Clinic
• (4-Days Only)
• Week 3 : Dialysis Centers with NP Support
• (4-Days Only)
• Week 4 : Outpatient Clinic and Hospital Coverage
• (Spend day in clinic & day in hospitals)
• Call Schedule : 1 : 3 or 1 : 4
