Peraton is always looking for great talent to add to our Capture team. This position is a pipeline, posted in anticipation of future openings. Peraton is seeking an ambitious Senior Capture Manager with demonstrated success in capturing new business within our Citizens Security & Public Services Sector (CS&PS). As a Senior Capture Manager you will lead CS&PS priority pursuits and partner with Sector Business Development Executives, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to develop opportunity win strategies, propose and close differentiated solutions that provide customer value to requirements and challenges. You will play a critical role as a capture lead on a Go-To-Market team, responsible for leading the design of win strategies, innovative and cost-effective mission relevant solutions and compelling proposals any combination of : Mission Engineering, Digital Transformation, AI / Data, Cybersecurity, and Cloud / Enterprise IT solutions that address the operational and technology needs of our customers across the Federal landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understanding of operational environments and how to position Peraton to deliver end-to-end mission value to program sponsors.

Qualifications :

Target Salary Range : $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
