Job Description :

• Serve as subject matter expert and lead clients through the full Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support lifecycle.
• Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities specifically in NA Payroll Time and Labor Benefits and Absence Management.
• Conduct functional design workshops and document business processes for each module.
• Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and develop necessary extensions.
• Advise clients on solution options risks and impacts on other processes or systems.
• Configure and document Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client needs.
• Create business requirement documents for reports interfaces data conversions and extensions.
• Develop security and validation strategies and plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Present and demonstrate new features as part of the quarterly update process.
• Design HCM Cloud solutions for multiple customers including pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
• Travel up to 30% within the United States as required.
