Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with extensive expertise in both front-end and back-end web development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of web development standards and best practices, along with a proven ability to create scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves leading the design and development of complex websites and web-based applications, including those using the Sitecore content management system. Additionally, the Senior Web Developer will provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern frameworks.
• Lead backend development efforts using server-side programming languages and frameworks such as ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Java , and others. Develop and maintain database schemas and integrate with backend systems.
• Build functional and visually appealing user interfaces using front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue to enhance user experience.
• Develop, implement, and manage web applications using the Sitecore content management system , ensuring efficient content delivery and system integration.
• Integration of AI tools into the software development life cycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently, providing solutions to improve system performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them through technical challenges and fostering skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage multiple tasks, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Communicate technical solutions and challenges effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

USD $101,949.60 / Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $159,296.00 / Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive / unique experience beyond what is required.
