Collaborate with internal experts to craft tailored risk management and insurance solutions. Develop a business plan with defined market strategies, growth objectives, and production goals. Establish a niche or industry specialization to position yourself as a trusted advisor. Serve as a strategic partner to clients - understanding their business challenges and aligning our services to their goals. Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through trust, performance, and proactive engagement. Bachelor's degree required. 25 years of B2B sales experience in a service-based environment - such as SaaS, healthcare technology, carrier sales, or diagnostics. Proven ability to prospect, consult, and close business with sophisticated clients. Experience selling into senior living, integrated healthcare systems, or enterprise-level accounts is a plus. Strong business acumen and executive communication skills. Preferred : Licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, or Health (or willing to obtain). Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with strong initiative and resilience. Skilled at building trust and rapport with C-level clients. Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
