Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $2,710 per week in Athens, GA

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Interventional Radiology Duration : 14 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 10 hours Experience : Minimum 2 years; First timers are accepted. License : State License required. Certifications : BLS, ACLS required. Must-Have : - Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology. - Clinical screening to determine fit. - Ability to work weekends and holidays as required. Description : The Registered Nurse will work within an Interventional Radiology setting. The patient population includes adults to geriatrics. The average daily census is 15 patients. The unit features 1 IR suite and 1 OR hybrid room. Support will be provided for Interventional Radiology and Vascular surgeons. Experience in various interventional procedures is preferred. Candidates should possess skills in areas such as central venous access, catheter placement, and managing IVs. Holiday work is expected if major holidays fall within the assignment period. Availability for call shifts is required, approximately 4-5 shifts per month. Candidates may be required to float to other areas as needed. A capacity to adapt to different work settings including IR, ER, and ICU is essential.
