ABM , a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field HVAC Technician  to join our team. The Field HVAC Tech. will support daily operations of HVAC systems across multiple retail and restaurant facilities within a two-hour radius of Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on light maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting of rooftop HVAC units (RTUs). Technicians will inspect systems, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate findings to contractors for major repairs. No overnight travel is required.

Compensation :   $36 - $38 Hourly

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Functions :

• Inspect and maintain rooftop HVAC units at client sites (e.g., fast food restaurants, convenience stores).
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, cleaning coils, and clearing drains.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and report findings to contractors for resolution.
• Test system operation and record temperature readings.
• Manage on-site contractor repairs and verify post-repair functionality.
• Submit and close work orders as necessary.
• Comply with ABM and client policies and procedures.
