• Required experience in Infection Prevention, Fall / Risk Assessment, and Acute and Chronic Disorder Assessment
• Familiarity with Functional Activities

Description :

The position requires an Occupational Therapist with experience in acute care.

Candidates should be familiar with infection prevention and fall risk assessment practices.

Experience in assessing both acute and chronic disorders is necessary.

Knowledge of the National Patient Safety Goals and Core Measures is preferred.

The Occupational Therapist will be involved in evaluating and planning care for patients.
