We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal and Contract Administrator I to support our legal team in managing contracts and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of contract law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Pay Scale : $72, 101 ā $90, 133 ( Dependent on Experience)
What You'll Do :
- Manage the contract life cycle process for the U.S. legal team using an integrated
procure[1]to-pay system
from business owners, manage document execution through DocuSign and ensure accurate
record creation and contract filing in the contract database.
accuracy, collecting appropriate contract supporting documentation, organizing
attachments / schedules
business requestors as well as external vendors with respect to specific contract request
inquiries
What Weāre Looking For :
environment required. Legal office or life sciences company preferred.
