Maintenance Technician

Summary: Growing property management company looking for a motivated, self-starting Maintenance Tech to help with grounds work. We provide the truck and tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work responsibly without direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

All lawn care, trimming, mowing using our brand new electric equipment and zero-turn mowers!

Help with snow removal and salting on an as-needed basis.

Manage 4-Wheeler, Snow Blower, Salter. and work with our Maintenance Team to keep roads and walks clear.

Potential for training in all areas of property maintenance.

Requirements

Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Can-do, positive attitude.

Highly motivated.

100% dependable.
