What will you be doing?

Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to improve processes, work instructions, and verifications

Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA), investigating issues, and deploying corrective actions

Driving operator engagement in the QMS and supporting training for new hires and new processes

Developing and maintaining control plans, FMEAs, and other risk-based process tools

Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for audits, inspections, and quality standards

Participating in improvement projects to boost FPY and reduce cost of quality

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills

5-7 years' experience in a quality manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge of QMS documentation, auditing, and quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAR)

Six Sigma Green Belt (or ability to certify within 18 months)

Excellent written, verbal, and cross-team communication skills
