A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Achieves defined sales objectives for assigned accounts

Engages in a team-based selling approach to enhance customer relationships

Delivers timely solutions to customer issues and manages administrative duties related to customer orders

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is beneficial but not required

Minimum 2+ years in a customer service role within a production or manufacturing environment

Understanding of purchase orders, shop floor processes, and basic logistics

Experience in customer-facing roles with some sales background preferred

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
