The Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients.
Core Responsibilities :
- Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical using multiple sourcing techniques.
- Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines.
- Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
- Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.

Basic qualifications :
High volume Recruiting experience; phone / email / textCTS / ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidatesPreferred qualifications :
1+ years of high volume recruiting experience; will be supporting Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs1+ years of CTS / ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidatesBachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experienceTargeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resourcesExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsAbility to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches for delivering candidatesStrong communication, organization, and negotiation skillsAbility to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process managementSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environmentsJob Type & Location :
This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
