Material Handler (Reach Truck) | Henderson, NV

Join a high-volume logistics operation where accuracy, safety, and productivity are top priorities. We are seeking skilled Material Handlers with Reach Truck experience to support daily warehouse functions in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is essential in maintaining consistent inventory flow and ensuring timely outbound and inbound operations.

Responsibilities

Operate Reach Trucks safely in high-bay racking and narrow aisles

Perform put-away, replenishment, order picking, and staging

Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to complete tasks accurately

Load and unload pallets, trailers, and containers

Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives

Review and verify inbound / outbound documentation

Complete pre- and post-shift equipment inspections

Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety procedures

Communicate with leads and supervisors regarding priorities and workflow

Qualifications

Recent Reach Truck experience required

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow

Experience with RF scanning or WMS preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods

Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with a sense of urgency

Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screening

Pay

$19.00$21.50 per hour

Schedule

Available weekday shifts :

AM Shift : 4 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM (MonThurs)

PM Shift : 1 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM (MonThurs)

Swing Shift : 9 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM (SunThurs)
