About Sunray ABA : At Sunray ABA, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Position Overview : We are seeking compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Atlanta, Augusta, and Columbus, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and ABA therapists.
- Implement, monitor, and modify treatment programs as needed.
- Collect and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of treatment programs.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care.
- Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and industry standards.
