Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end customer journey for SMB clients, ensuring onboarding and long-term success
Manage customer interactions and support inquiries, while influencing tools and processes for scalability
Drive customer retention and satisfaction by guiding feature adoption and addressing challenges
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
Background in restaurant operations or hospitality technology is strongly preferred
Strong business acumen with an understanding of restaurant operations
Proven ownership of account management, including renewals and engagement
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and openness to feedback
