Job Title : Medial Director - Occupational Medicine

Certification : MD, DO

Specialty : Occupational Medicine

Setting : Outpatient

Credential Requirements : WI Medical License, DEA License, BLS, ACLS, Board Certification or Eligibility

Minimum Yrs. Experience : 1

Scheduling & Logistics

PT / FT : Full Time

Order Type : Permanent

Shift : M-F, 7a- 4p

Hours per Week : 40
