Responsibilities :

• Provide project support and updates to employees, leadership, and the customer.
• Develop, maintain, and provide extensive job progress reporting.
• Update local leadership with new projects, schedule issues, and client concerns.
• Manage client needs and concerns through on / offsite meetings.
• Assist with sales forecasting.
• Communicate and train internal departments on customer procedures and expected deliverables.
