• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferable; machine design experience considered irrespective of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in machine design, mainly with automation or robotic systems.
• Proficient in 3D design; experience with SolidWorks, including macros, is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.
• Ideal Candidate :
• Holds a BSME with 5+ years of relevant machine design and project experience.
• Excellent communicator and effective listener, adept at discerning client needs.
• Capable of producing high-quality, efficient designs under minimal supervision.
• Ability to complete projects on time, within budget, and with minimal oversight.
• Travel and Performance Notes :
• Expect 10-15% overnight travel for installations, with limited on-site days required.
• Performance measured by timely, budget-conscious project completion and the precision of design outputs.
