21 beds

Scope of role : Must be comfortable with med-surg and step-down levels of care. Most shifts will have a mix of both levels per nurse.

Patient ratios : 1 : 4-6 (depends on acuity)

Required holidays : 1 major and one major holiday required depending on the season

Scrub color = Any dark solid color
