CPC Certified Radiation Oncology Coder

A company is looking for an RCM Coder - Radiation Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately code encounters and evaluation and management services in compliance with CPT guidelines

Assign appropriate diagnosis codes in accordance with ICD-10-CM standards and ensure claims accuracy

Research, resolve, and correct coding-related denials and aged claims to support timely reimbursement

Required Qualifications

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent coding certification required

Minimum of two years of medical coding experience preferred, with a focus on Radiation Oncology coding

Basic understanding of billing processes and insurance procedures

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
