What You’ll Do :

  • Design and optimize HVAC systems, ensuring energy efficiency and performance while meeting client specifications.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Use your strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system performance issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and clearly communicate your findings to clients and team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations to deliver compliant and cutting-edge solutions.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on HVAC systems.
  • Technical Skills : Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative Problem Solver : A natural curiosity and investigative approach to finding effective solutions.
  • Strong Communicator : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Project Management : Experience managing projects and budgets is a definite plus.
  • Knowledgeable : Familiarity with construction processes, HVAC materials, and applicable legal regulations.
  • Physical Capability : Ability to visit construction sites and client facilities as required.
  • Certification : A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
