• Director of Evidence Based Medicine will lead by employing a scholarly approach to patient care, systems-based practice, and population health
• Help initiate or foster scholarly activity projects with learners using evidentiary techniques
• Evaluate residents / fellows through direct observation and other relevant evaluation methods using competency-based milestone evaluations
• Practice variability working clinically at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, our Level I Trauma Center, and Guthrie Corning Hospital, our Level III Trauma Center

• Compensation $405,600+
• $100k starting bonus or $200k loan repayment
