A company is looking for an Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors
Complete and track employment and income verification requests, and maintain HR compliance documentation
Provide high-level administrative support, including expense reporting and vendor coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
G-Workspace knowledge
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
