Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training materials for new programs and maintain existing materials

Lead new hire training sessions and deliver required compliance training

Measure trainee progress and collaborate with Program Leadership to update training content

Required Qualifications

College degree in Communication, Education, or a related field and / or equivalent training experience

Experience designing training materials and delivering training in a corporate setting

Experience managing and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Proven ability to mentor others to ensure their success
