Self-ScheduledShift : 3rd Shift (7 pm - 7 : 30 am)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)Schedule includes :2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week cycle
1 Weekend per 6-week cycle2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and will be cross-trained to become Charge RNs.Why Join Our Float Pool?

Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various unitsQuickly adapt to different workflows while ensuring clinical excellenceCollaborate efficiently within a fast-paced environmentQualifications :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Must be able to adhere to the following schedule : 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.Training & Skills :
Training provided in :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
