We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program. / ph3Position Overview / h3pThe Sr. Corporate Loan Processor is responsible for obtaining and verifying necessary documentation for underwriting the loan file and communicating directly with the customer and / or Loan Officer to obtain documentation for final loan approval. The Sr. Corporate Loan Processor works with dedicated branches at CrossCountry Mortgage. / ph3Job Responsibilities / h3ulliCommunicate with various companies to obtain vendor information including, but not limited to, verification of employment, title commitment, and payoff information. Verify vendor orders are completed and returned, and invoices are received and documented. / liliPerform a thorough review and analysis of borrowers credit, income and assets as required by loan program before submitting the file to underwriting. / liliObtain a complete loan package before submitting to underwriting. Verify all required documentation in the file is complete and accurate and identifies any potential issues that may arise before submitting to underwriting. / liliPrepare a loan approval summary for missing documentation before submitting to underwriting for Loan Officer / Branch Manager to review. Transfer a completely documented file to the underwriter to be approved or denied. / liliDirectly communicate with customers to obtain missing documentation required for the loan. / liliConsistently manage a pipeline of 40 active loans and fund a minimum of 27 units per month. / liliManage pipeline within allotted turn times, prioritizing loans based on the departments Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and estimated close dates. / liliParticipate in branch pipeline calls, as necessary. / liliComplete all training classes assigned by CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC before the due date. / liliReview loans for compliance within RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc. (all mortgage related regulations). / liliPrepare proper disclosures and re-disclosures as required by regulations. / liliComplete required loan submission, re-submission, and closing checklists. / liliDocument all communication related to the loan application in the LOS systems conversation log. / liliAssist in coverage of co-workers pipelines when needed. / liliAssist closing, secondary, and servicing to obtain documentation needed to clear outstanding suspense items for personal loans worked on and / or loans worked on from other team members. / liliModify work schedule and occasionally work overtime as needed to fulfill responsibilities based on business needs. / liliPerforms other duties as required. / li / ulh3Qualifications and Skills / h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent. / lili3-5 years residential mortgage processing experience. / liliKnowledge of RESPA guidelines, all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents. / liliPrevious experience with Encompass. / liliExcellent math and analytical skills. / liliExcellent communication skills. / liliSkilled at prioritizing to meet deadlines. / liliProficient knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows. / li / ulpThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
