We're looking for a collaborative and experienced Engineering Manager, Relationships to join our team and help us develop best-in-class features and tools for our customers.

As our Engineering Manager, Relationships, you will lead a team of engineers that develop the Muck Rack application across the whole tech stack, and are responsible for all the features and tools that are part of the Relationships domain of the application. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about providing innovative solutions for our users' needs, mentoring a talented team, and shaping the future of Muck Rack products.

What You'll Do :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Own the technical strategy around key features and tools, and lead execution at a high level
• Work closely with product and design partners to plan and commit to feature scopes, timelines, and overall road maps
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to manage dependencies and other cross-functional projects
• Incorporate emerging AI technologies within feature development and internal engineering experience and processes

Salary :

In the US, the base salary for this role is between $152,000 and $180,000, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary, a quarterly bonus plan, and equity.
