We are growing in the state of Arizona and are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA; BCBA-D) to spearhead our expansion . Unlike other opportunities on the market, this role offers the unique chance to be one of the founding BCBA's for Alora in the state. You will lay the foundation, drive our growth, and play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in Arizona. Compensation Benefits
Salary : $95,000- $110,00,000 / year (DOE) Location : Hybrid - Telehealth In-Person in Phoenix, Arizona

Key Responsibilities
Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patientsProvide clinical oversight and program modification for the cases assigned to ensure accelerated patient progress through developing individualized programs, establishing measurement systems, ongoing assessments, and parent guidanceManage and develop behavior analytic skills of behavior technicians to promote the delivery of high-quality servicesResponsible for retention of Behavior Technicians under their supervisionTraining behavior technicians, family members, and other caregivers to implement revised protocolsManages assigned caseload and utilization of authorized hours of BCBAs in the regionSupervises and manages BCBAs in the regionManage regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs)Supports Area Director with company initiatives and project management as assignedConduct outreach in the market in coordination with the business development teamProvide staff development, training, and modeling for team members (including caregivers) in strategies and protocols to ensure treatment fidelity and promote generalization of skills across environmentsMaintain compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and requirements of the BACB.Meet regularly with the Area Director to review treatment plans, discuss case conceptualization, and problem solve any barriers to patient progressCollaborates with funding sources as neededConduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plansOversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality ABA servicesTrain and mentor Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for skill developmentMaintain compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standardsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomesExperience
Minimum 2 years of experience developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders2+ years preferredStrong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skillsMaster's degree in behavior analysis or related fieldBCBA certification in active and unrestricted status for at least 5 years.Active BCBA licensure (if applicable in the state)5 year experience designing and implementing intervention programs for individuals diagnosed with autism or related disordersStrong knowledge of ABA principles and programming at all levels (early, intermediate, and advanced)Experience providing direction and ongoing supervision for Behavior Technicians as per organization standardsValid driver's licenses, reliable transportation, and ability to travel through designated geographic areasPreferred Qualifications1-2 years management experience supervising othersExperience in developing a new marketExperience in community outreach and payor relationsSkills That Set You Apart
