2 Five years of experience using Agile Scrum methodology and experience with Azure Devops creating

and managing Product backlog item

3 Eight years of experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process

modeling/mapping, Workflows and AS-is/To-Be and Gap analysis

4 Eight years of experience coordinating business users, technical staff to help analyze and define future

needs and operations based upon use case and analysis of alternatives

5 Eight years of experience with functional manual testing and writing test cases

6 Three years of experience with conducting scrum ceremonies and handling impediments

7 Eight years of experience and in-depth knowledge of financial systems and Budget Planning, Budget

Amendments, Reconciliation, Budget Variances, Budget Management, Contract Management, Budget

Allocation, cost estimations.

8 Ten years of experience with Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel,

9 Five years of experience with MS Project,

10 Three years of experience with Balsamic mockup tool, Qualys App Scan tool, QBR, SAP Crystal Reporting

11 Two years of experience working with Healthcare Industry and the associated security requirements

12 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by Scrum Alliance

13 Five years of experience with ADA compliance, NIST policies, HIPPA

14 Three years of experience with SQL quires and understanding of relational databases
