We are hiring Kitchen Staff in ASHBURN, VA! Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen is a specialty upscale casual dining concept that distinguishes itself from the competition by its innovative and creative menu. Pay Range : $12.41 - $22 / hour

Full-time Benefits Available

Hours of Operation : 9 am - 9 pm Tuesday through Saturday; 9 am - 3pm Sunday

Responsibilities :

  • Follow all recipes and food handling procedures and standards.
  • Manage time for food safety and to allow for guest requests.
  • Safely operates and maintains cleanliness of equipment.
  • Set up, restock, organize, clean and maintain workspace.
  • Performs other assigned duties from the management.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements :

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of preparation, execution and plating.
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Maintain proper uniform standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment, including but not limited to : knives, slicer, salamander, oven, stove, mixer and fryer.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and work in confined spaces.

    • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
