BrightStar Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our clients in Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health Company


Service Area: East Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Centennial
Wage: $90 per visit
Flexible Scheduling


Requirements:


Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license
Minimum one year of experience as an OT
CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
Ability to lift/pull 50 lbs
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
2-Step TB test and Physical Exam
Background check and drug screening required
Experience with home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus!

Responsibilities:


Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
