Charter :

To ensure the efficient and scalable execution of Mast's core carbon removal projects, translating into high-integrity carbon credits.  The Senior Director serves as the operational engine of the Carbon Projects Development team (internal : CarbonX), responsible for translating strategic goals into tangible results. The incumbent will lead, mentor, and align the Forestry, Project Management, GIS teams, and contractors in the field, fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement to deliver for our partners, registries, and the planet.

Logistical requirements :

The compensation package includes a base salary plus numerous benefits! As of November 2025, the Seattle-based salary for this role falls within this range : $160,000 to $180,000 per year. We'll determine the final base salary based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills level and residing location during the hiring process.
