Comprehensive Assessments : Conduct detailed OASIS assessments to capture each clients clinical needs. Care Planning : Apply the nursing process to develop individualized, goal-driven care plans. Collaboration : Partner with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. Education & Safety : Initiate client and family education, covering safety protocols and expectations. Active RN license in Missouri Minimum 3 years of home health experience At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented demeanor Flexible part-time schedule Supportive, mission-driven team culture Paid training and meetings Daily pay option available $5,000 hiring bonus Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding agency
