Key Responsibilities
Perform quality audits by monitoring recorded calls and other communication channels
Document feedback to agents to enhance their performance
Identify trends and report recurring issues to management
Required Qualifications
2 years of quality assurance experience
Knowledge of operational procedures
Experience in coaching and training support
Ability to participate in quality improvement initiatives
Experience with data analysis and documentation review
