Are you ready to lead a hands-on maintenance team and make a visible impact across multiple properties Were hiring a proactive skilled Field Maintenance Supervisor in Toledo Ohio to coach Field Maintenance Professionals drive on-time work-order completion and partner with Property Managers to keep our communities safe functional and tenant-ready.

What youll own

  • Oversee your field maintenance crew assign daily tasks monitor quality and enforce safe work practices.
  • Ensure work orders are completed on time and to specifications coordinating with the Maintenance Coordinator and Property Managers.
  • Troubleshoot system and equipment issues; scope repairs and direct and support technicians.
  • Maintain clear documentation in the work-order system and deliver client-focused service on-site.
  • Assist with departmental budgets and repair costing.

Who you are

  • 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (residential or commercial); prior maintenance supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills across HVAC plumbing electrical and general repairs.
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs ladders) and travel between NW Ohio and SE Michigan properties.
  • Organized safety-focused customer-oriented and proficient with computerized work-order systems and basic MS Office.
