Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly & Rework Technician (SMT / PCB) to support electronics assembly, PCB assembly, and precision rework of high-quality electronic products. This role focuses on surface-mount soldering, fine-pitch component rework, and microscope-based assembly , including QFN packages and 0201 passives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as an electronics assembler or SMT technician , is comfortable working under a microscope, and understands the importance of IPC workmanship standards, ESD control, and quality-first manufacturing .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electronics assembly and PCB assembly using surface-mount technology (SMT)
• Hand solder and rework small SMT components , including QFN, 0201, and similar packages
• Perform precision component replacement and rework under a microscope
• Use soldering irons, hot air rework pens, and rework stations
• Troubleshoot and repair customer RMAs and returned electronic assemblies
• Assemble electronic products according to assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions
• Follow IPC-A-610 workmanship standards and ESD-safe procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-compliant workstation
• Operate light manufacturing equipment such as a laser cutter and drill press when required
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet production and quality goals
