How You Will Make a Difference :

As part of Signature Rehab's integrated care model, you will collaborate closely with other clinical caregivers to facilitate residents' and patients' full recovery and timely return to the activities they love.

What You Need to Make a Difference :

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program, culminating in at least a Bachelor of Science Degree
• Possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided
