Key Responsibilities
Build automated outbound engines for targeted outreach across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
Turn signals into automated actions and own nurture tracks throughout the customer journey
Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments and manage demand capture strategies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, growth PM, marketing engineering, or GTM systems roles
Proven ability to develop outbound, inbound, nurture, and CRO programs end-to-end
Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Customer.io, and Webflow
Experience in automation, scoring, segmentation, and full-funnel analysis
Experience supporting ADR / SDR workflows and comfortable with small budget experimentation
