How You’ll Achieve It

Greet, qualify, and tour prospects with confidence. Turn “maybes” into “yeses”

Follow up with every lead across phone, email, and online platforms

Walk your community weekly to stay connected and identify opportunities for improvement

Respond quickly to resident questions or concerns, resolving issues as quick as possible

Be a team player who helps foster a culture of positivity and professionalism, setting the standard for resident relationships

Disclaimers & Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish at properties where a significant portion of residents and prospects primarily speak Spanish.

Ability to walk the property regularly and engage with residents / prospects in person.

Commitment to fair housing compliance, accuracy in documentation, and excellent time management.

Leasing or customer service experience is not required, but preferred. However, your drive and attitude are what set you apart.
