Key Responsibilities
Engage stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow implementations
Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions to capture workflows and support process design
Collaborate with developers and architects to translate requirements into platform configurations and workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
3-5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations
Experience in facilitating requirements gathering and designing processes in an Agile environment
Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures and workflows
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
