We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management and maintenance of real estate properties. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule and oversee property maintenance tasks and service contracts.
- Assist Property Managers in reviewing financial documents, including monthly statements and annual disclosures.
- Draft clear and precise correspondence to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Gain proficiency in property management software to support daily operations.
- Compile and prepare payroll and union dues reports accurately.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the property management team.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Support property-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Reside in the San Francisco area with the ability to commute onsite Monday through Friday.
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Handle high-pressure situations effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Show an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or real estate management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
