Be part of our journey to shape the future and grow with us! / ppWhat You Will Experience In This Position : / ppThis position is based in Blaine, MN, and our new facility will open in early 2026. Upon hire, onboarding and training will be held at our facility in Anoka, MN until the Blaine facility opens. / ppstrongLead EHS ESG and ISO Management Systems : / strong Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS and ESG programs and processes. Youll have specific ownership of our ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health Safety) management systems. / ppstrongTeam Leadership Development : / strong Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 EHS professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment across multiple sites. / ppstrongEnsure Compliance Mitigate Risk : / strong Oversee adherence to all federal, state, and local EHS and ESG regulations, analyze potential impacts on operations, and proactively manage risks across all sites. Youll maintain robust systems to ensure ongoing certification and compliance with ISO standards. / ppstrongCultivate a Culture of Excellence : / strong Serve as a positive mentor, trainer, and primary point of contact for all EHS and ESG matters, fostering a proactive and engaged safety culture across all locations. Youll lead incident reporting processes, conduct thorough investigations, and drive root cause analysis for continuous improvement. Actively champion the use of EHS leading indicators and behavior-based safety initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate risks. / ppstrongOptimize Operations Documentation : / strong Coordinate behavior-based safety and ergonomic improvement activities across all sites. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives. / ppAt nVent, we value our people and their health and well-being.
