We provide warm, qualified buyer and seller leads, appointments set by a dedicated Inside Sales Team, and a proven real estate system designed to help agents close more homes, faster. If you’re ready to stop cold prospecting and start working real estate leads provided daily, this opportunity is built for you.

This is a fast-paced, commission-based real estate role with significant earning potential. It’s ideal for licensed and newly licensed real estate agents who want structure, professional coaching, and a scalable path to success in residential real estate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based real estate position with high earning upside
• Expected earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually
• Warm real estate buyer and seller leads provided daily
• Inside Sales Agents (ISA) set appointments for you

$100,000+ at plan commission

What you will do:

• Work buyer and seller leads generated by our marketing and inside sales teams
• Meet with motivated clients for listing presentations and buyer consultations
• Convert appointments that are set for you — no cold calling required
• Follow up with prospects using CRM tools, scripts, and automated systems
• Host open houses and convert live real estate leads
• Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and closings
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate repeat and referral business
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching through EmpowerHome Academy

What you will bring:

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (or currently in progress)
• Full-time availability for a commission-based real estate role
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
• Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and digital communication tools
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
