Key Responsibilities: - Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.
- Provide technical and strategic IP counsel to attorneys and clients.
- Conduct prior art analysis and assist with invention disclosure documentation.
- Support IP portfolio management for clients in the software, electrical, computer engineering, and telecommunications sectors.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys across offices on both prosecution and litigation matters.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications required.
- Registration to practice before the USPTO is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Experience with foreign patent prosecution is helpful.
- Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal or patent-specific software preferred.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $100,000-$146,000. Starting pay is based on qualifications, location, and experience.
