What You'll Do :

Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards

Diagnose issues using modern diagnostic tools and processes

Communicate with service advisors and supervisors

Keep your bay clean and safe

Participate in paid training and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For :

Ford or ASE certifications preferred, but not required to start

Must provide own tools. Specialty tools and diagnostic equipment are provided by the dealership.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong communication and mechanical skills

Eagerness to grow in the trade and take pride in your work

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
